IP banned on test server

I'm logged onto the main server fine atm but I tried logging onto the test server at the same time and it seems my IP is banned. I don't think I did anything to get it banned so maybe I just need whitelisting or something, I'm not sure.

 

If it is just a matter of whitelisting I could do with that on the main too as sometimes when my internet gets disconnected I get assigned a banned IP by my ISP and it takes a lot of disconnecting and reconnecting to get assigned a non-banned IP.

 

I would also like to point out that my girlfriend (game name ezmerelda) also has the same problem sometimes so if I do need to be whitelisted could you whitelist her too please.

Test server is separate from main server. Most people banned on test server (and there are very few) have hindered testing in some way. Only entropy handles test server bans, I suggest you contact him via forum pm.

Also ezmerelda needs to handle her own issue personally.
