Safe Havn - New Owner

I have recently become the new GM for Havn and aquired the bot Safe that is part of the guild

I have a few queries, first when is the bot due for renewal fees (EL)? second I see there is now a fee

for changing a bots location, this is something I was looking to do as well, so do I just send the fee

and we discuss the new location from there? third I am sure it has been a while since he has been to

storage, but I just want to be sure he hasn't so I don't get demerits for bringin him to storage
