Manufacture wooden sheilds.

Recommended Posts

Alright so you cant manu wooden sheilds. I was thinking theres no reason why we cant manufacture them, i came up with some forumals,

Regular wooden sheild-

4 logs, 3 sticks, 1 iron bar

Enhanced wooden sheild-

5 logs, 5 sticks, 2 iron bar.

Just a thought.

If it had a formula, shouldn't there be same nails in there? Other then I guess it could be manufactor's, can't think of a reason otherwise.

(this also might be a good low level manu item to help if we take away low level clothing)

5 logs

20/30nails? :P you know that it costs 2 iron bars to make 1 nail, so a wooden shield thats 100gc at NPC will be 1440gc to manu ... lol

IMHO first we need to introduce planks, then shields should require planks

Planks! :icon8:

"use with" plank, player; "use with" plank, boat:

walk the plank, arrr! :icon13:

Good idea but... Shouldn't there be nails instead of iron bars? I mean nails will keep the wood together, what can the iron bars do? Maybe iron bars in the enhanced one though...

A nice idea. Like Elsidor, I'd say iron bars in the enhanced one but not then normal one. Also, nails should be used but not as high as 20/30. Maybe more around 4 or 5 to keep the price near what it is now.
