need windows downloading help [SOLVED]

when i try to download EL on windows it will start downloading but it says its done before its downloaded all 29 MB so i click run and a message comes up saying the installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be result of a damaged disk, a failed download, or a virus. you may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy. It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECCOMENDED). ive tried to download it on all mirrors but the same thing happens...what now?

Have you tried to delete the previous (faulty ones) and download again?

ive tried looking for them but i cant find them anywhere. where should they be?

Make a disk wide search for files named: el_140_install.exe

i searched and didnt find anything, ill try downloading it again now...YES! it worked! wow, i can't believe it was that simple. i feel really stupid. haha. k thanks alot for your help.
