Well from what i know i got banned for saying some less than nice things which i totally deserved to get banned for. But i was talking with the moderator i thought banned me and he/she said that there were other names coming from my ip at the same time swearing and threatening to hack. Those were not me, the only alt i have is imback which i created to apologize to thyralax for the things i said that i shouldn't have. Thats about it and all i know of. It said on sstart up i should promise to obey the rules from now on, and i do. no matter which way this turns though the vulgar language and threats did not come from me. i don't know how or who or why they are related to me but i can promise they didn't come from me. anyone who knows me knows i dont do things like that.

Hmmm logs show alexwhlr on a static IP since creation, no variations.

Also created on this IP: alexwhlrx1 (over a month ago), wheelys, source1, source2, alexwhlr3

 

Imback was different IP after your very static IP was banned.

 

I see a lot of abuse logs of scam attempts, pk map luring, obscenities/profanity from all of the above accounts (and yes I have the chatlogs), hack threats, mod impersonation, lying about chatting with roja about this (might help to read forums a bit, you would have seen how impossible this was), and all that isn't even part of the absolutely rude and unacceptable conversation you had with above mentioned mod you are "apologizing" to.

Also many illegal multiplay trades with alexwhlr and source1.

If "somebody else" did this, it was from your house and they knew your password.

the only contact i have with source1 is when he showed up at nc arena and got pk'ed by Hatred with me. The other names i do not know and don't know what static ip means either. but yes i was apologizing to thyralax, you can ask him/her. and i share a connection with others, though i only have 1 computer, so i don't see how multiplay is possible. and i don't use the wireless but i don't know if that differs my ip from the rest of the building.

 

and please, if your using quotations to insinuate that i'm lying please just say you don't believe me, because i'm not lying and have no reason to, as you said i changed my ip and created a new character i could have easily just played without notice, i chose to do so in hopes of making things better and finding out all of what happened.

but no the conversation with thyralax was me, and mod impersonation( also handled by thyralax) was me as well but threats and swearing were not. i don't recall ever swearing on alexwhlr though i'm sure i might have slipped up once or twice, and other than mod impersonation i never threatened, especially with hacking. but i haven't given my password to anyone that i know of so i don't see how someone could have gotten on alexwhlr and done those things.

I don't believe you. Your story does not match to what the screenshots show, what the chatlogs show, and what the server logs show.

lol when you get on and it says your ip is banned it doesn't take a genius to know you have to change it to play. so don't doubt on me because i don't know the defination of a phrase. and i'm sure i probably did trade with source. but like you said you have the chat logs, i trade with hundreds upon hundreds of people. being antisocial its hard not to and thats my only source of money. and i'm no exactly sure what you don't believe. what did alexwhlr do, specifically just him that was bannable.

 

well other than the distasteful conversation and mod impersonation. honestly had i not followed the rules for a very long time without a single mark? i spent a ton of time in that character it'd be a shame to lose all that because i messed up a couple times in the course of a very bad week.

So honestly what are the chances of my character getting another chance, sooner or later, on one ip. No alts nothing. I'm confident i can prove to you that breaking rules isn't a common or enjoyable thing for me. I just need a chance. Look over your logs and see how long i played and how many rules i broke over all that time, and i think you'll see the ones i did break were in a very narrow space of time correlating with other events going on that are now over.

Not a thing was honest about the tale you made up. I have NO reason to believe you are telling the truth now (that none of this will happen again). No, I am not unlocking/unbanning you.

lol i've no need to make up any tales aislinn as i've shown you once i can change and make new ip's faster than you can block them but you don't see me doing that do you? so lying would honestly just be a waste of both of our time. But it is up to your disgression to choose whether or not to believe me so i guess i'll just wait.
