Can't play

When i downloaded EL on to my computer i went to open it and everything work but when i logged in my computer froze up and i had to resart it, i tried again and it did it again.

 

my in-game name is shantak but since i cant get on i dont really think it will matter

What we need to know to solve your problem:

What the error is.

Processor Speed (in GHz)

RAM (in MB; 1 GB = 1024 MB)

Graphics Card (model, maker, and video memory [in MB])

Hard drive space (In GB)

Version of Eternal Lands running

Operating System and version

Contents of error_log.txt*

Internet connection speed.

What else you have running other than eternal lands. This includes on the taskbar on Windows.

Exactly when and what you were doing while the error occored.

nothin else is running no error is recorded that i can see i have fios internet and with the other stuff all i have to say is the computer is two week old so video and space should be good

i have no clue how make the graphic card all i know is that is is a hp computer

 

ok here Ati Radeon XPRESS 200 1 is the graphics card

 

1028mb memoery

250 gb hard drive

processor is intel pentium processor 820

ok i was looking at the link some more and what it look like is alot of computer work and changeing stuff so i was think maybe there might be a patch that i could just download instead that could fix my problem instead of all that download new driver stuff and the link for download only covers up the the 195 series and mine is a 200 so if anyine could help with that.

I don't think someone will do that for you :/

 

Go to your Eternal-Lands folder and open EL.ini

Look for "#use_point_particles = 1" and replace 1 with 0.

Look for "#limit_fps=0" and replace 0 with 30.
