They weren't doing anything wrong and I've enjoyed either of their company for the majority of my time in the game. All who are in my guild suspect they were banned due to suspicions that they are the same person. They are a happily married couple who play as a hobby. Everyone in my guild is willing to vouch for them if need be. The two are confused why they would be banned, Is there anything that can be done to allow them back on? Also I would like to comment that one person using another person's character to mule/harvest/manu/etc for himself is ILLEGAL, even if the character does belong to a second person.
