Our story takes place in a far away land of Gordania.After years of war and chaos all life is lost.only those few souls that were lucky enough to survive the diesease the wars sought upon land wondered aimlessly,hoping to die and rid themselves of the dieseases that have ridden them.All seemed lost for the land of Gordania,until one day a beam of hope shined down.His name was Yonicus,a wondering preist who sheltered in a bunker throughout the war.During his time in the bunker,Yonicus studied the ancient ways of the Holuci,the ancestors to the Gordanians.Yonicus found out that the Holuci predicted the worlds demise 10,000 from the wolfs first howl.Yonicus also found out that,that the Holuci's entire life was devoted into restoring hope to the world.After the war Yonicus' study lead him to find out that the Holuci had found that they could create another world.The idea thrilled Yonicus,it filled him with angst to uncover the world,however his studys lead him to a dead end.Three tablets of symbols,that he could not uncode.So Yonicus packed all his things and set out to find someone who could.His Journy was long and treacherous but evetentually found an old hermit who was a direct Descendent of the Holuci High Preist.The old man took the tablets and studied them until he finally came up with an answer.The first tablet was of a baby under circular object,which stood for the birth of the new world,around the babies neck was a pendent and it had the Holuci symbol for Dragon engraved in it which stood for the key to the world.The second tablet was of a grown man of the same pendant standin before a chasm with a dagger in his hand,this stood for the Key of the World to stand before the darkness with courage.The last tablet shown the grown man in the darkness and around him was many people,this stood for the opening of the world.A shot of fear shot through Yonicus' mind as he looked down at the pendant given to him as a child,he knew what he had to do.Yonicus journey'd back to the mainland he was born and search for the whole in the surface of the Eart.With no regrets Yonicus leaped into the Darkness.And with that,a beam a light engulfed the planet.The people all awoke as if they were reborn,Were they dead?No they were in the Eternal lands.A land where Death and Life counteract.All seemed well however when the ancients created the Eternal lands 20,000 years ago,many went through times of anger,and since the Lands were built on the thoughts and emotions of the Holuci,that Anger began to take form of monsters.It is has been exactly 10,000 years since Yonicus saved the planet of Gordania,many cities and ports have been built on the Eternal Lands.Now you come in a fellow Resident,curious if ever 10,000 was the perfect chance to enter the Eternal lands,could whatever evil that took over Gordania get in?

Ok, I have my own story. Its not a novel but it matches the incomplete story within the game:

 

It all began with a powerful wizard, perhaps one the greatest wizards of all time. He sought enlightenment for himself and the world, and planned to create a spell to help accomplish this. The spell would allow people to search the cosmos for truth, free from the limitations of space and time. In a way, he succeeded. When the spell was cast, chaos was unleashed. There was a small error, virtually undetectable due to the complexity of the spell. The feedback from the spell killed many, but that was the least of their concerns. The souls of the deceased were sent to a new place somewhere between life and death. While appearing much like the world they were accustomed to, the people were now ethereal in nature. However, the balance of nature had been disturbed, and now when those unaffected by the blast died, they were reborn in the "eternal lands" instead of passing on normally. While those in the realm of the living continue unaware of the danger, this disturbance threatens the entire universe, and in time existence itself may be erased. For when those in the eternal lands fade away, there souls are lost forever. It is said that hope for the future lies within nexuses-mystical manifestations of a person's knowledge of the world around them.

The wizard who cast the spell suffered the most, becoming nothing more than a wraith. Despite his wisdom, he is unable to search for the nexuses. Thus the wraith waits at the doorway into the eternal lands, aiding those who have just crossed over and hoping that one may be the savior he hopes for. However, will he, or even the savior him- or herself, if there is one, realize the destiny that awaits before it's too late?
