I'm glad someone is still trying to find the movie :D

Anyway, hints...

Since you recognize the faces, I'll give you the name of the most famous one: Julie Christie

Give it a try with this small hint, otherwise more hints coming.... (release date, director, etc)

Good luck :o

She is sooo young there! Tom Courtenay I never would have guessed... yeesh, I was thinking of someone like Kurt Russell but older!

I won't go researching, think I have it, but someone else must get it to help yellow_man refresh up the thread.

All I know are silent films and early talkies!

This one is easy if you were a teenage girl in the 90's (or had sisters). It's also the movie that introduced me to the sexiest man alive.

Ok, another hint: Made in 1971, by some kids who were mentored by Orsen Welles.

In 2007, appeared for the first time on AFI's "Greatest Movies of All Time."

The director cheated on his wife (the production designer) with the actress in the picture. The film "Irreconciable Differences" was based off the resulting divorce.

Also, go back to my previous entry.

If no one gets it, next hint will have names in them.
