I spend years in the gym. At my max i could bench press 120 kilos for 6 reps.

Weight; 94 kilos at 1.87m height (no fat).

 

I quit it some time ago..... too little time nowadays :bow_arrow: but they opened a nice gym in my town...so i might just take it up again...... ;)

rofl that's Anders Graneheim.... I'm also going to gym 5-6 times a week, still need to work a lot to lift 120kg on bench press like Ambro :P:wub:

ey man good work for 14 months thats not bad at all,

 

Seeing as im still developing ( age 15) I try do something everynight like sets of 30 press up to 120 and some free weights before or after . My biceps and triceps are pretty big compared to my other mates just need to work on my pecks abit more any suggestions? Although i cant do anything for sometime, i dislocated my shoulder in a rugby tackle :( i munched his ass though well worth it :wub: so my muscles are gonna be shrinking till i can get outta my sling and start rehab so any suggestions will be appreciated :)

Nice, havent seen this topic here :)

 

well when i dont have too much to work ill spend 4 times a 2 hours every week in the gym. Just relaxing if you ask me.

 

120kg at 6 reps O.o ... for this i need years i guess hehehe
