PK contest for the next weekend

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately I can not give you the details about it now, because that would be counter productive. The contest will take place next Friday, on 29th of September, 5 PM EST (10 PM GMT).

It will be an individual type of contest, although teams can play too.

There will be some nice prizes, that's all I can say.

The full details will be given at the beginning of the contest.

[edit]

It has been pointed to me that the time difference between US EST and GMT is just 4 hours. I always thought it was 5 hours. So it will start at 21 (9 PM) GMT. Sorry for the confusion.

Summoning is aloud correct?

Sure, but no animals less than bear, to avoid lagging others.

what about a couple bunnies to stop pple from running? that should be ok as long as theres not to many right?

Like I said, no animals below bear.

Nevertheless, killing everyone you see will not really be part of the objective of the contest, although I don't care if people kill others.

I thought you said it was a PK contest. If not, then what?

By PK contest I didn't mean: "whoever kills most wins", but rather a contest that will take place in a PK map, and where killing others is permissible.

Probably having high summon level or being invisible during whole contest is enough :)

anyone can tell me what time this starts in Australian time, can then set my alarm clock for it.

Before you start flamming me about how much of a noob i am, i bought this computer just to play EL and read forums (download a bit of porn :) ) and thats it.

not much into caculating different time zones and stuff

australian time? well, there's several of them...

western australia is GMT+8:00, which means saturday 6am local time

central australia is GMT+9:30, which means saturday 7:30am local time

eastern australia is GMT+10:00, which means saturday 8am local time

there's also some australian territories outside of continetental australia, which I'm ignoring, and daylight savings adds more timezones, but we don't have that on yet
