chosenflea Report post Posted November 10, 2006 ((Who knows, its up to him.)) Flea looked out across the battle, and saw a battalin of Dwarfs fighting off hordes of orcs and carrying a large object. As they got closer, he was able to see that the object was a dwarf, with a fine set of armor. As they got even closer, he saw it was the great hero of Myndar, Scullsyk the Great. And behind them walking out of the cave, was a roup of orcs , with red and green robes that slightly shimmerd and staffs of hard, cold steel...

Zelse Report post Posted November 11, 2006 Zelse was fighting stray and weakend orcs on the battlefield, mainly healing the Cadets and allies. Farquar went with a Cadet to meet with the Commanders of the Mynadar forces and left Zelse in charge of the current situation. Just then, two dwarves came to him with a large dwarf being dragged by them. "White Mage," one said. "our great hero Skullsyk has been slain!" "Please resurrect him!" said the other. Zelse was a healer, not a miracle worker, but decided to have a look at the dwarf since he was a 'hero'. "hmm, odd... his body is dead," Zelse was touching the dwarf with his hands which were glowing with light and continued, " but his mind and soul are very much alive and aren't ready to die just yet..." the dwarves were in shock. "I can bring his body back to life but we must hurry." Zelse called for all the Cadets to rally to him -which only took a few seconds- and gave them orders to not let anyone interfere with his revival spell. This was one of the many spells that only White Mages knew, since, after all White Mages were spirits in body shells they obtained from the living undead skelletons. They were better known, to Chroniclers mainly, as Aluwens form of the undead... the unliving. The Cadets were doing their job, not a single arrow went near Zelse. Once the Revival spell got going right Zelse's eyes were shining white and the dwarfs body was surrounded by blinding light. The light soon brought the dwarf to his feet, and when it faded, Skullsyk The Hero, was fully alive and well. The adrenaline in Zelse's body was pumping, he hadn't used one of his true White Mage Spells in awhile but his actions did not go unnoticed. Orc mages began making their way towards Zelse and his Cadets. The two dwarves that brought their fallen comrade were still in shock and although the Cadets were ready to take on the Orc mages Zelse knew that he would actually have to fight against them. Of course, a fully grown orc could kill Zelse in one blow but they'd have to get through his spherical force field first...
chosenflea Report post Posted November 11, 2006 Flea, standing on a crest of the hill outside of the cave, saw Zelse work some odd magic on the great Scullsyk of Myndar, hero of the dwarfs. The dwarf stood up, and seemed very energetic and ready to fight. Thats odd he thought, Scullsyk looked dead from a distance. No matter, this is great news to all, except for the orcs. The orcs that appered to be mages were aprouching Zelse. Flea knew that one blow could kill the white mage, and though he knew of his great power was very frightend for Zelse's life. Notching an arrow to the string, he pulled as far as he could, all the way past his ear, and fired his speeding shaft down to an orc mage raising his staff for a deadly spell... ((Zelse, its up to you what happens with that arrow. It could distract him so you can do something, or it could even kill him.Whatever works best for you. ))
Zelse Report post Posted November 12, 2006 An orc mage was close enough to send forth a fire ball towards Zelse, skullsyk and the Cadets but an arrow came whizzing by and got the orc on its thick forehead. This caused it to shriek a sharp cry and send its cast spell in the wrong direction, it went upwards not harming anyone. The arrow seemed to severly wound the orc mage but not kill it. Zelse felt the magical energy from the fire ball and was happy that it missed its target because its caster -the orc mage- was a strong mage. Zelse then wondered if the Revived Hero was going to be able to help battle or if he need more time to recover, although he seemed very vigorous.
chosenflea Report post Posted November 12, 2006 (edited) Seeing his accurate blow strike the orc in the scalp made Flea feel reguvinated, even though the fireball half blinded him. He decided that getting the mages after him would benefit Zelse, and Zelse was a great White mage so he needed to be protected. Alwens mages and preists were of the highest regard to flea, so he notched an arrow and fired again. Volley after volley he fired down their, and winged death speed its way down with them. scullsyk Report post Posted November 16, 2006 scullsyk, being well and alive, picked up his enchanted hammer. alluwen, give me enough strength to last this battle. he prayed. then, raising his hammer about his head, he threw it at the closest orc mage. the hammer struch home, and returned in his hand with just a bit of force. he then ralleyed the troops, and ordered them into the heart of the orc mages. which put the leader. "archers! elf! hit the warriors! mages, protect my dwarven warriors, we are going for the big guy!"
