Frequency allowed for bots reading player stats

My guild bot will soon be able to read the player stats pages to come up with an in guild ranking for the player's statistics.

 

How often can it do this without breaking the rules?

How frequently do the player stats pages update anyways?

 

I was thinking of having it only read the player stats pages if the info it has is at least an hour old.

I cache stats pages for 15 minutes, there is no hard rule on how offen you can check the pages but remember they are on the same server as the game. just try and implement some cacheing and you will be fine.
