Price changes and the Shop page back online

The Shop page was unavailable after the update yesterday, due to a configuration problem in the new server. Now it should work fine.

We also increased the price of EFEs to 2 USD each, or 10 USD for 5.

This decision has been announced before, and it's due to the fact that the EFEs are becoming too common in the game, a lot entering the game from the shop. This price change has the objective to make people buy less of them from the shop, or, if they still insist to buy as many, at least we can become rich (just kidding).
