My character is banned and unbanned :S

This happened this same evening (12-7-06).

I crashed at DP arena and i tried to log on again, then the next message appeared.

 

'Your IP is banned. That means that you, or someone from your IP did something very nasty, so we had to block this IP addess. If you believe this ban was unjustified, or promise to respect the rules from now on, please post in the Bans section of our forums (on www.eternal-lands.com)'

 

I closed the computer and after some hours, at night, i could play again.

I wanna know what happened and what i have to do to solve this problem.

I didnt do nothing to be banned so i dont wanna cant play anymore.

This happened to me earlier on too, I got the same message for an hour and when I restarted my laptop a few times, I could play again. I didn't do anything wrong
