Thats a bloody shame that Ireland ain't in the world cup...when I think about their squad...fully of good players its a shame! As for England...well...I think Sven make a big error bringing in that Walcott boy...he should have taken in Defoe or Bent. Now when one of our strikers get injured, he's probably going to play either J.Cole or Gerrard in the hole with Lanky as the lone striker. I can't wait for Shrek to come back to fitness, because once he's fit...oh boy England played good against Paraguay in the first half but, as usual in the second half of world cups...play crap in the second half. Something to do with the heat or the fitness of the squad. I'm sure they would prefer to play in a bit of rain and mud (like it is over in the UK) then in that blazing sunshine. With England faltering off in the second half, and making stupid substitutions you can't help but wonder wtf Sven is doing sometimes. England lack the cutting edge without the Shrek, we all hope he comes back asap.
