The fact you took the time to apologise for the breakdown when it isnt even your fault was unnecessary but very much appreciated, hopefully future cries of "omfg not a rollback plz?" will be met with scorn from the community for a bloody change, and perhaps a BIT of patience will ensue until an official statement is made as to what the problem is on any future server downtime.
