BOT Approval question

I went to see if my Bot was approved but It had that emssage on it :

 

Emtor UBOT This is a simple bot for the ufc guild , who gives stats about: players, joker, guild. He is updating also the memberlist database of our website each day. (theoretically ok, contact Soldus ingame for a few details) (372,299 , desert pines)

 

So i'm just wondering what does Therotically Ok means thanks

It means that it might be ok, but Soldus wants to talk to you in more detail about issues that might affect the approval.
