I don't get how to used channels, wut do u type to get to a certain channel, i need to get to the newbie channel but i don't know how too. Edited January 2, 2006 by Derin

And to talk to channel, just add a @ in front of your message, like

 

@Hello all

 

To leave a channel, type #lc channelnumber.

 

And to see all channels you are on, you can join 3 channels at the same time, type #ci (= Channel Info)

One more thing

 

@ only works for the channel you are active in (the most recent channel you joined, or the last channel tab you clicked - or even easier, the one that shows up white). You can still talk in the other channels that are "grayed out" on your screen - just use "@@X message" (where X is the number or name of a channel you want to speak in).
