Prometheus Report post Posted November 21, 2003 I propose adding a casino somewhere in EL, just a couple games of chance to provide citizens a way to spend their hard earned gold and platinum. Maybe roulettte or blackjack perhaps...good way to make a small fortune, or even lose one. Second suggestion is to turn on the avatar feature of this board, it adds a nice personal touch. duran Report post Posted November 21, 2003 in fact blackjack can be harder to code then roulette. in roulette you just draw a random number and check what number it is to find out color. now you compare what the bet is on to get the payout. 2for1 if you have the color right, 4for1 if you have the number right and 8for1 if you get 0 or so i guess it is... Players are within 3 combat levels of eachother. 2. They use the same weapon and armour. 3. No pots. 4. Have to be full hp. 5. Cant run away. Things like that prevent cheating. And a Dungeon of Death, maybe one located in the Evil Castle (?) where you have to pay to get in the deeper parts. Depending on your skills ( and cash ) you can choose your quest and destiny. A teleporter to a fighting place where the amount of monsters will be random. Maybe even a random boss monster once in a while. You can enter alone or with friends.
