Developed using the Dev-C++ IDE.. bla bla bla bla bla

I new in this game and I tried to install it. But Im getting this kind of error o message..

 

"Developed using the Dev-C++ IDE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

 

I installed the game 3 times.. I checked the display setting and I checked the error file.. and nothing, I always got the same error.

 

Any ideas?

Learner decided to use some of it's auto-generated stuff for version management. I suppose that it leaves the default description. It should probably be changed as it's confusing some people.

This could be a problem with your graphics card, I use SiS for my graphics, and it said that too, all i did was go to ElConfig.exe found in ur EL folder, double click on it, and TURN OFF clouds. Otherwise, I have no idea...

i reckon its direct x 9 that messes it up, i reinstalled direct x 8.1 and it worked for a while, then it messed up again, it no longer works for me, entrropy can u try and sort it out for direct x 9 please?
