Missing letters in username and password

ok so i try to log on and for some strange reason it won't let me put my username and password in. I know there have been update since ive been on. Can someone please help me??

delete everything from el and then download it again that should do the trick

Also the game wont allow the number pad and forighn key boards to work for some strange reason

This may sound obvious, but make sure you don't have Num Lock on.

Well I've always had the number lock on before and it has never given me a problem, and I have the same keybord. However I will delete it if I have to. I thought I would just have to download the update. Well i thought that would work but never tryed it. Thanks for the suggestions.

i have had that problem a few times. All i do is press ctrl alt del and click view then refresh. it sometimes helps but if it doesnt work i just restart my computer.

The numlock issue is a known bug, unfortunately it has proven to be persistent.
