Map bugs, version 1.1.2

Please post all map bugs here after you have updated the client.

 

Please post your coordinates, and what map you are on and a description of the problem.

You cant leave aluwen's temple, you must beam out.

Tumaros treesoars tavern & inn. You levitate over the stairs when you come back from the rooms upstairs.

Zarin's temple [61, 104]: The yellow stairs are too high

 

VoTD [160, 149] facing east, you can see the edge of a null tile

trassian map 63.109 can't go back to underground passagway

trassian cave 615.251 can enter can't go out

trassian cave saret's cave 208.207 can go up with ladder but can't go down

trassian cave saret's cave 247.57 hole should teleport message and nothing happen

trassian 59.60 can't reach destination

trassian 63.112 can't reach destination

trassian caves the tri caves 112.744 can't go out

 

from hulda we can only go to trassian and nowhere from trassian exept hulda

When exiting

Trassian: Wizzards Passage (154,88) you get shifted to (145,179), across the map.

 

I can enter Hulda but I could exit it (not from Trassian)

Bethel [180, 63] You can stand in not-so-solid rock.

 

Sedicolis [169, 65] I dunno if it was intended, but you can stand in a sand mound.

 

Palon Vertas Insides [507, 5] I was up to my ankles in floor

Palon Vertas Insides [705, 9] The big rug is flickering

Palon Vertas Insides [607, 54] Nasty bug. Theres a 2D door thats visible when looking from the South. But it does nothing. The 3D one that can only be seen from the north side is the one that actually gets you out.

Palon Vertas Insides [405, 13] The papers flicker, the chair is slightly missalighned, and the hightmap on the chair is too high

 

Palon Vertas [364, 357] A small part of the rock flickers

Palon Vertas [224, 358] A sand pile on the rock is too far out

Palon Vertas [252, 230] One of the places where the rope attaches to the wall is flickering slightly.

Palon Vertas [271, 126] You can step into a crate here

Palon Vertas [276, 128] You can walk into the sacks here

Palon Vertas [271, 132] You can walk into the barrels here

Palon Vertas [269, 127] The dock flickers a little here

Palon Vertas [179, 185] Part of the border on the house here flickers

Palon Vertas [193, 246] A not-so-solid rock

Palon Vertas [181, 246] Another not-so-solid rock

Kusamura Jungle [336, 260] Theres a cave here that says I'm too far away from it every time I click it.

I'll fix the Trassian errors, sheesh, you guys have found it already :D

 

Hulda is the only map Trassian is connected to btw.

kusamura 2 entrances work and one don't tell it's a pk map other yes

 

Idaloran 150.44 "welcome to EEEK" and nothing happen

I don't think that map has been activated yet. There are a few mapsigns like that which doesn't work...

Iscalrith Map - Iscalrith City Area -79, 31 - if you enter the cave here you find a ladder - shows u can use it, but when you click on it nothing happens - you have to cross the ladder - click down to get further.

 

Also the 2 other caves in the region - when you try 2 enter a you are not close enough to the entrance or something <msg> appears.

Teira took me to Irinveron Daa Gri. 261,153 to a pole that says, "You wonder if you shouldn't have touched that..."

 

then i get the message "Umm... you carnt teleport, there is no neaby open location"

Palon Vertas

 

I'm in a secret cave location with one cyclop, one ogre, and one skellie.. there is also yummy fruit.. emeralds to harvest and some other fun things in non pk areas as well as the pk section of this giant secret location..

 

one problem.. once in.. you can't get out of both exits..

 

you are in cavern [202,38]

 

you are in cavern [352,18]

The scroll beside you clearly states that you are in the Draegoni Grand Meeting Hall

Get closer, and try again!

The fire at the IP campfire isn't centered on the firewood - appears to be about 1 tile off.

* - Also on IP if the back entrance to the secret room via hidden teleporter is still there I think the teleporter is no longer reachable by walking. I (and wandering animals) used to be able to get in that way but I don't think that has worked since the snow melted. *edited here - it's working now*

i've already told lord_vermor but i got in with tele to range where the entrance is blocked but he said he's gonna put a spells restriction there. he said there will be a future quest. i would just like to say that i love dra syn.. it's been brilliantly created and you should be proud. i've been explorering it for hours now when i should be sleeping. personally, i would hate to see a spells restriction enabled. then again, it all depends on how long we would have to wait for a quest.

 

 

these bugs are all in dra syn..i will post more as i get them:

 

 

Trassian Caves [516,406] can't exit

 

Trassian Caves - The Tri Caves. [113,744] can't exit

 

Trassian Caves - An Underground Passage. [252,739] can't walk here for some reason on the bridge.. i think it's the height map or something..

 

Trassian [63,59] can't enter the cave

 

Trassian [65,110] can't enter the cave

 

Trassian - The Dragon Statue. [112,133] there are pink blotches where there should be textures..

 

edit: i'm gonna go back and get the coor for the other map bugs of dra syn and btw, the quest idea really does sound great. i just hope we don't have to wait long because now that i've discovered dra syn, i'm in love with.. yes, i'm being selfish :)

In Iscalrith:

 

Says you can't teleport (161, 35) (when trying to enter the cave)

 

Iscalrith Dungeon:

 

You can walk through an ice rock (248, 322)

 

Also, in Sedicolis City:

 

There is a purple dot (blacksmith), but it is a magic shop. (Unless I'm missing something)

Well I went into one of those caves and it was one with flowers in and I got stuck there! I tried to teleport-to-range into the next room but the game wouldn't allow me. The same obviously goes for Hulda too..

 

It is kinda painful to even get there since you have to dodge two MM ignorant Artic Chims, with a warm clothes, SRs, and essences, having paid 1k to enter a room/cave where you can't get out. Then teleport out again back to square one.

 

Trassian still looks to be an ambitious and great map though, once I find ways of bypassing those Chims, it's probably my favorite of the 'new' maps.
