Puntif Report post Posted July 14, 2005 The amount of rotation from left-arrow and right-arrow and shift-left-arrow and shift-right-arrow are controlled by your el.ini file. It may not be the same for everyone. Ctl-S opens/closes the spellcasting window F2 opens your web browser to the most recently seen URL I believe ctl-right-click if you are in walk mode will allow you to walk using the old 2-D walking algorithm. This is useful when walking in invisible mazes and certain other situations.

Then again, there are always people repeating the same questions...

Reen Report post Posted July 27, 2005 Is it possible to change some keys? for example list of items would be binded on ctrl+x, and manufacture window ctrl+z? I would be very glad if it could be done. I'm using linux client, not compiled, but downloaded an functional binary (I can't compile client for now), and I know that it is possible to change values in keys.c in CVS source. But is there any way to change them WITHOUT compiling? I tried key.ini in EL directory, but It doesn't work. EL works on its keys even without this file Reen
ttlanhil Report post Posted July 27, 2005 it's key.ini and there's defaults used if key.ini isn't found and why key.ini didn't work... on *nix it probably uses the one in ~/.elc/key.ini so edit that instead 8^)
Reen Report post Posted July 27, 2005 ttlanhil: Thanks, it worked when I put key.ini into ~/.elc/ directory Reen
