EDIT: Ok since you all seem to hate everything i do so much, here is the gold plate YOUR way. You will have to give me a few mins to upload the grafx for them but I don't think anyone cares.

Also, if you are like me you think the wraith is too cutesy, unfortunatly im not an artist, so all i could do is recolor him somewhat, up to you whether its good or not I guess.

And finnally, I've never thought that the water and clouds looked that great ig, so I bumpmapped them to give them more detail.

 

EDIT: I waited till 4 am to get this day pic, so be happy. Btw, the real effect is what you cant see in this screen, the water appears much more realistic and choppy with this new texture.

Well gold isnt that shiny, so I kept it low tone, I can however make it stronger, I was just trying to avoid making it yellow.

Just remember that tampering with the cilent and it's corresponing files might damage your game and your playing experience.

 

You do these modeifications completely at your own risk.

 

Since they are not part of the official release, don't expect the moderators to be able to help you if this mess up your game.

Yeah... simple things like the textures only change how it looks, but more major things like the .elm, .md2... those will totally mess up stuff.

 

I wonder if anyone HASN'T modified the texture files for their game yet.

I dont mess things up, besides its just the textures, and If I DID mess it up, I always keep backups, so its no biggie but I DONT mess up.
