Announcement regarding the forums

Due to some undesirable people creating a lot of accounts on the forums to avoid bans, we had to prune all the users that had less than 3 posts on the forums.

We also had to disable the accounts registration, until we will implement some countermeasures.

We are appologizing for the inconvenience, but this is the only way we can keep the forums relatively clean for the time being.
