Yup. Too big. Scale it down to at least half the size. If that makes it unreadable, you'll either have to change your pic, or size it to 2/3rds, and get rid of the blue text above it. Something like that, roughly.

the size is ok now, but it's almost unreadable ... i suggest deleting at lest 2 bottom lines of blue text and stretching picture a bit
