  1. I was looking for an easy way to open the test server with a simple command line in windows 7. I failed at first but found an alternative. The windows button open the start menu and allows you to search and open programs. I use this more frequently in the last weeks so I wanted to know if there is a way to open the test server with it fast. I want to explain what I did and maybe someone can help me to find an improvement. I wrote: "system" which lists the entry to change system variables: then I entered the name: EL and the value: C:\Program Files (x86)\Eternal Lands\ I click ok I do a quick check if the variable %EL% is recognized: now I can write the following command: %EL%el.exe test and it will open the test server for me I was hoping I could find a more simpler command like: el test but the variable path didn't let me do it. Maybe you can help me ?
  2. Timezone Confusion

You are confused about timezones ? Too lazy to calculate ? When you are using windows 7 you can add an additional clock. Here is what I did: click on Datum und Uhrzeit ändern click on checkbox : Diese Uhr anzeigen choose: UTC (Koordinierte Weltzeit) click OK Now you can always check what time it is in UTC. It would be nice if someone adds a discription for the english interface If you need a new server to synchronize your clock you can try this one in Braunschweig/Germany: ptbtime1.ptb.de For more info about UTC you can also check: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
