  3. So, what do we think about the new changes?

    I like this updte very much i have to say:) I'm not potioner though i have nexus 4 (for training) but i'm doing potions for fun too! It'sa game after all, its supposed to be fun, no? As for mana pots / SRs,imho that could use some tuning (mana pots give 10 and SRs 20 i'd like to see SRs giving more to ethereal points - but won't it be too easy then?) and i don't care about vial lose with potions other than mana / health potions either (at least they'll start disapearing from the game - but would be nice if they were manuable) As for spells i can't say a thing since i haven't tested them (though from what i read harm may have too much damage now)

  9. fighting system improvement

    Yes i think that "balanced" p/c shoud be in range so lets say 20/26 or 20/32 are still ok but above the balanced range it would bring some negative effects. Well yes actually you can. Lets say that person extreamly inbalanced in coord (ie 10/100) is very vulnerable. Like a fly so IF actually hit the person dies almost in an instant and also such person should have negative effects in terms of wielding weapons or use of armor (you obviously have to be strong enough to use plate or some axe)

    Well not really had to reset, that depends on who you'd like to be (balanced fighter, walking tank or a ninja ) and important thing is to state what would be *balanced* p/c and i'm not that experienced to state that so would be nice to hear some ideas
  11. I'd like ot make suggestion aboutfighting system. imho physique and coordination have too much impact on skills. The basic idea is that physique and coordination should be taken as body build and calculated into one factor and then that factor would impact skills. Why? Well i understand skill as profficiency in using something. So if someone is very agile (high coord) that doesn't make him profficient in actually hitting or evading, it's more like a perk, you are more agile the more chance you have to hit/evade. As for phys i'd take it as ones size, high phys - one is strong, can hit hard, have more life points, can take more damage and lesser in ammount. (Thats how it is now i think). Whats important is that p/c are calculated into a factor that impacts skills, so they wouldnt be taken separate. Let's say there is a person with phys/cord of 20/40 it makes him faster and more agile so his fighting abilities can take advantage of it (so hes body building ratio would be lets say 1.1 and his fighting abilities multiplied by that factor would describe his fighting abilities), Apart of skills that person would take more damage than normal and make less damage than normal (low phys) but would be smaller (low phys) and thus harder to hit. Now for person with 40/20 phys/coord. That person would be bigegr, more sluggish and less agile, so it's p/c ratio would be let's say 0.9 and impact his battle skills negatively. but that person due to his high phys could take more damage hit harder and would have more vital points. it isn't that different from the battle system that there is now but i think it would improve it abit by removing that much impact of phys/coord on skills itself for nor phys nor coord cant describe real efficiency in a skill (though can and should impact it abit in a matter of a perk or a bonus so the higher your p/c is the more bonuses you get). **i'm not sure if i described it well enough so any questions and constructive criticism will be appriciated **

    though our diacritical chars exist in utf-8 encoding there are some trouble in displaying them in EL i dont know why though so i decided to use their equivalents (lets say...)

    Thanks Van for help I think i managed to work it out imho its not xml problem but it seems that its windows line encoding problem... ill work on it and hopefully today there will be polish set of rules without any problems working on Linux and Windows too. PS: anyone that would like to test my proggress in work on Polish i18n of EL please PM me id gladly see your comments on it. edit--> rules wont be ready today for there are some problems with length of rules descriptions... sorry for the delay.
