  1. Removal/modification of rule 5

No. Some of the others already made perfectly good points as to why not. Though, in my humble opinion, this rule could be enforced a little more laxly, a little less strictly. For example, I would love to help out my alt or my partner or a RL friend (potentially in the same network, so same IP) with an MM cape or some beginner's equipment or whatever (or even borrow, for that matter), just like the occasional friendly player or friend provided me with an MM cape and other stuff back when I first started or was in need. I personally was never threatened to get banned or anything (at least not to my knowledge ), so I have no first hand experience on how rigidly rule #5 is being inforced now. But given all I've heard and read from others so far, having that threat hanging over your head all the time, and worrying even for a lousy padded leather set, that's just ridiculous -- in my opinion. Anyway, how about making up some rule-of-thumb of how much or how often or at what value trades are considered okay between alts (and alleged alts) in a certain time frame/interval? I'm pretty sure that shouldn't be too hard to control on the server side, as those trades appear to be noticed or alerted already, anyway. 2¢t Elowynn
  2. I, too, second Vidriel's suggestion. I would sure dislike burning treasure finders when there are no treasures to be found -- or when they were found already... Burnt tomato is not really the most wonderful of all smells... *waveboth Elowynn
  3. Auction: Book of Magic Sword

Well, the time is up. The auction is over. The book stays with me for now.
  4. Thank you for the hint, Kabuya. That reduces the clicking orgies quite a bit. I guess now it's up to debate if my initial suggestion is still needed. I think I'd still appreciate it as an additional feature (despite the macroing possibilities it might offer). I'm still very new to this game, in comparison, but I second that impression.
  5. Hopefully it's just her choice of words is faulty, rather than the concept. Sorry for the confusion. To me it sounded well explained in English... As far as I see it, Affliction got my point exactly. Thank you. EDIT: Uhm... removed irrelevant nonsense caused by misunderstanding...
  6. Hello, Indeed, as I described in my initial post, I'd like it to work only when standing next to the Storage NPC. On the whole map?? Ouch.. Sorry if it could be understood that way.. All my explainations about changing maps and walking away referred to how to the [itm Lst] remains being able to access one Storage NPC, also only when back in close proximity to that Storage NPC after being wherever! I'd find it useful to have the [sto All] have the same access 'policy'. The [sto All] button could also open the last Storage window automatically on the first click, and store everything on the second click, or something like that — still talking about when standing right next to the last used Storage NPC. Yes, I mentioned that possibility in my initial post, as well. If you wish so, everything could be macroed, even now, if you only know how. It's not even that hard, too, no need to ‚make it easy‘.. But in my opinion, there should be a fair compromise between making macroing harder and making the gameplay more user friendly.
  7. How the [itm Lst] button works is a bit more complex, it seems: One and the same storage will remain accessible from only the item list after walking around on the whole map and when being back at the sto, or even after changing maps (to insides, or also to another map) and when being back at the same sto. Only if another storage NPC is 'contacted', or if the read-only storage window (#sto) is opened in between, the item list loses this access (to the previous storage, and switches to the new storage NPC in case one was contacted). That's all I'd dare to be asking for. Would be great to have the same access possibility with Store All, don't you think? EDIT: A try to make things clearer... I'm strictly talking about when being back at the same Storage NPC, not from anywhere on the map or whatever!
  8. Auction: Book of Magic Sword

Auctioning 1 Book of Magic Sword Bids start at: 30k Minimum increments: 1k In-game offers are fine, as well. (PM Elowynn) I reserve the right to not sell to players with a bad reputation (known scammers and such). Auction will end this Friday, February 10th, at 12:00 UTC. Good luck to all bidders!
  9. Seems this has not yet been suggested (I could only find the original feature suggestion for the Store All button — that clearly recommends the button the way it works now): How about having the [sto All] button work in close proximity to the storage NPCs without having to talk to them first to open the Storage window? After all, the [itm Lst] button does work that way, too. Sure, it might make it easier for macroing, but still, harvesting large amounts of things is already enough of a pain in the body parts where bees sting or cavern walls fall onto. What do others think? Elowynn P.S.: Sorry if I missed older threads on that topic. I seem to have crashed the forum's search function to some mysql errors, didn't wanna tempt fate.. EDIT: Added some bold to emphasize an important acpect..
