    That's true... It really seems to be audio-related. I already made an bug-report. Wytter attached a little patch-file, but unfortunately it doesn't work

  10. CVS - Can't create new Character...

    I have the cal3d update-pack and I have downloaded ZIPs for the testing-server... But it doesn't work... Oh, btw: Playing EL with my normal Char works fine... So only the New Character screen is broken...
  11. Hello! Since a few days I'm trying to create a character on your testing-server. But when I click "New Character" and then accept the rules, I can't see the Character-Preview... I would be able to create a Char, but I cannot see how it would look like... I tried to compile el with patches, without patches, with optimizations, without optimizations, with and without debug... Nothing works... Every day I build a fresh Client with the newest CVS-Tree... Oh... And the same happens on the normal Server... Just a black screen... btw: I'm using Linux...

    Thanks... But now I got it to work Yesterday even the release-target didn't work... Today it worked... Somehow (but I was so stupid, that I tried to build the cal3d-target)... The only problem I have now is, that I can't travel away from IP (I can't click the ships flag)... Oh... And I hope (and think), that it's normal, that there's no snow on IP anymore
  14. Cal3D compile problems

    STOP... I did some things wrong... The above error was related to a wrong cal3d_wrapper.h... Oh.. And cal3d_wrapper GETS compiled with g++... It only gets linked with cc I think... And now: Why is cal3dwrap.o still in the Makefile.linux? cal3d: make -f Makefile.linux 'CFLAGS=$(CFLAGS) -DCAL3D' 'LDFLAGS=$(LDFLAGS) -lcal3d' 'OBJS=$(OBJS) cal3dwrap.o' Uhm... Oh sh**... Could it be, that cal3d is now compiled by default when compiling with "make -f Makefile.linux release"? I tried to compile with the cal3d-target... But yesterday I even could not compile the release-target... EEK! Now release works again... Sorry for this... And the client works, too... But... Is it normal that I can't leave IP? I can't click the flag of the ship! EDIT: Help! I can't click on the ships flag anymore! Not even with an OLD EL-Build! Even with the 1.0.1-release-build it doesn't work anymore! Any ideas?

    I don't build EL from the ebuild I always use CVS... And I sync daily... But something doesn't work P.S.: Before the "great Cal3D merge" I was perfectly able to compile EL (make -f Makefile.linux release)... Now... well... Not anymore
