No in PM you told me to come back in a month and ask for my toon to be unlocked. So why tell me that if you were just going to continue to deny the request?

Hi, in September 2010 my character Cloud got locked. At the time I was told to come back and ask for it to be unlocked a month later, I never got around to doing that and got into playing another game and didn't have the opportunity to come back and ask for my character to be unlocked. I've decided to come back and play and now asking for it to be unlocked please. I'm sorry for breaking the rules and promise to upkeep the rules.
