You're welcome Usl, no trouble at all. I have found the bug report site, which utilizes the Bugzilla program, linked with ATI's bug report page. Unfortunately when trying to search for "atioglxx.dll" there are 0 returned matches...imagine that. A simple Google search will show that this problem is rather common, it has been reported many times before, it mysteriously disappears in one release of ATI's drivers only to show up in another, and the fact that ATI has apparently ignored trying to fix it on a permanent basis up to this point. If one of the Moderators want's to link something in the FAQ's to this post, feel free to do so as it will probably save others time when dealing with a similar issue.

When you can point me in the direction that ATI hides their "official" bug reports, I will gladly post it here. Until then I hope this link to the AMD/ATI Developer forum dealing with the same ATIOGLXX.DLL issue will suffice. AMD Developer Forum

After searching around a bit I seem to have found, what I believe, to be the root of my issue. Plain and simple, I use an ATI graphics card Turns out this "problem" has been around for some time and is an issue already brought to ATI by many other frustrated gamers. The issue lies within the "atioglxx.dll" file (the ATI OpenGL driver) and has been causing problems since Catalyst 6.5-6.6 and possibly before. Apparently the ATI dll file dislikes any game that needs/wants to "enable shiny water", meaning water reflections. Hopefully someone can find a workaround other than simply disabling this feature in any game that I, or any other ATI user for that matter, play. I figured I would post this here to let anyone else who is experiencing the same issue know what exactly is going on. If anyone else that uses and/or has used an ATI card knows of a way to fix it without turning off my lovely on screen water effects, please let me know. *edit: spelling*

I found 2 Coordination Removals in Crystal Caves from the Iron back to back. Other than that, I've seen many found but haven't found anymore myself.

Agreed this would give some of us ELers a new way to pay for things in the EL shop, but what about all our friends and fellow players in EU and elsewhere? Have we all forgotten about them? IF this does become a new method, which I wouldn't use, it would be cool for younger players/players without other means of paying but just another unusable link for all our foreign players. I'm now able to get into the game and interact with most things. FPS is still at 14 max just like with 1.5.0 client but I assume this is due to my outdated SiS IGP. Mouse movement on screen is now jumpy, meaning that it doesn't move across the screen smoothly but in jerking motions. Again I assume this is due to my system. I also experience a drop in FPS from 14 to 7 when walking across a map, for example from the Blue Lupine bush in PL to the flowershop.
