Prior to being banned,( my own fault ) I passed Rank 20 to my Wife,( who is Taini in Game ) but now after returning,we find She is only Rank 19,and not Rank 20. I need some help in getting this figured-out... because we at Poundin' You, ( #nU ) are now without a GM. Also... We noticed that we have "many" Green Guilds on our list that are NOT Mutual Allied,and,we have all these red and Brown tags that were NOT placed there by either of us. I know there are many issues going on,and this may take some time to get straightened-out,but for the love of Radu...we need this fixed a.s.a.p so we can continue on with the Game in an orderly fassion without everyone wondering who is in charge... Heres a plausable answer to the "problem" called : Serping Spawn. Use your imagination for a moment... Theres an NPC with a Bucket of Gold Coins. You walk up,using the "use" icon you place,say...5 gc in the Bucket,or more for high level Creatures. You enter the 1st gate,and after you enter the Cage door shuts behind you,you may the enter the 2nd Cage door entering the Main Cage,then the 2nd gate closes. You then are presented with a "menu" in which you Left click on the Creature of your choice. Its just you,and the selected Creature. Start grinding. Train till you flee,diss or die,whichever comes first,(but make it a no drop like KF) then it's the next Players turn. All collected gc will go to the Global Invasion Warning System,or Radu,or ... Its not big problem,(serping) for us n44bs,as there are multipal spawns of most lower level Creatures,but for the Mid to High level Fighters,this may solve the disputes over this issue if there are multipal "Training Cages" on both C1 and C2. Or,just maybe,this could be implimented for use in the Arenas not in use anymore ? Just another n44b idea is all. TY for taking the time to think this over. Tokie GM of #nU Guild

Due to the fact that Im so-stubborn and refused to see the reason(s) for my Ban,I brought on more trouble for myself,thereby resulting in not only being banned for 30 days,but also resulting in a total Inventory, Storage and Stats wipe-out. Weather intentional or not,many of the things I did wrong I now know were avoidable,if I had only taken the time to ask a Person in a position of authority. Hindsight is 20/20. I cant take back what I did... The punishment given for what I did was indeed quite harsh,but I now know that it was and is for my own good,as I now know it's better to ask than assume. If ever in doubt,ask a Mod BEFORE you do it. It may seem like you are bothering the Mods... but it's better to "Bother a Mod and get the correct answer" rather than get yourself in too-deep,the way I did. To Aislinn personally : I know you said you accept my apology,but I want everyone to know how sorry I am for being such a Mule over the whole situation,and this is my apology to you,in official EL Forums,for all to see. I broke Rule #5,and a few others after that initial incident. Guilty as charged. It wont happen ever again. This is for :Bans / Posting sub-sectional rule #2 This posting is due to and for my Wife,(who is Taini in Eternal Lands) who wants to return to Eternal Lands. In an attempt to make a Guild,and play a MMORPH game with my Wife,I broke some rules within some rules,resulting in our Ban(s) from EL. Taini wishes to return to the Game. I,(Tokie) do not. By breaking a rule I drew the wrath of a MoD. In attempting to clear us,I made it worse. I left EL,and went to another MMORPH game. Taini wants to play EL,that's on Her. I've been back and forth over this too-much. I thought it was over,but my Wife drug me back into it,in attempting to create a Forums account,so She can prolong the drama,in a futile attempt to gain Her Character back. Well, I did it for Her,and now I'm going back to my "other game". Tokie broke the rules,Tokie asked Taini and other Guildies to do what was done. Everyone was just following orders. You wanted to Crucify Tokie,and you did it...very well. So well that,I'm not coming back. If Taini wants to beat Her head against the Cavern Walls,so-be-it. . Tokie now : Tokor of #nU2 Guild p.s. We at #nU Guild got a Store Bot. I had no idea that by using the command #donate, that I was breaking any rule(s) concerning "Trading"...when in fact, I recieve nothing in return for the items I place in the Bot to be sold. To trade is to give something,and get something in return...correct ? Then,if I recieve nothing in return for my "Donations"...how can I be in violation of Rule # 5 or any of its sub-sections ? Furthermore, if I cant #donate to my own Bot, how am I supposed to re-stock it without moving it ? The whole thing boils down to this one fact : I donate to the Bot, so the Bot can sell the "donated-items", so I can help out my Guildies with gc, so they can advance in the game. I have no-access to the Bots inventory, and have NEVER recieved one gc from it's proceeds...so how am I doing wrong ??? Tokie of #n Guild

Tokie and Taini are R-L Husband and Wife of 15+ years. Tokie and Taini as well as our Guildies are spending USD in Radu's game,and are prepairing to throw another chunk at Radu for another Store Bot to be placed on C-2,and an even larger chunk of USD on our Guild Map and Guild Map/Guard Bot. The day Charger was created,Tokie introduced Himself as Charger to Annitira at the Beam on Isla Prima,and informed Her of Chargers purpose. The same was done concerning Meike,(the #nU Guild's 1st Store Bot)...and now we find ourselves being told that we are Banned due to too much inner trading ??? How are we supposed to build a Guild,if we cant help eachother ? How is Tokie "Inner trading with a Bot" when EVERY time He's there it's to #DONATE to Meike-Bot ? Not 1 time has Tokie EVER recieved 1 gc from ANYTHING donated and sold from the Store-Bot..... How are "Alts" supposed to be trained,to be "Purplized" later,if they cant sell or buy from a bot,or be given things from other Guildies to help out ? I could point fingers in many different directions,but what good will it do me ? Any "explicit" questions about this situation will be answered asap. Tokie

Anyone who knows me,(Tokie) also knows my Wife,(Taini) and they also know we are and run a Guild of Honorable people. Now,to the point. Taini stopps in W-S Diamond mine,kills a (25 Garg),2 (35 Gargs),a Bear and an Imp...then leaves to go to NORD. storage. Our Computers sit "literally" side by side,less than 4' apart in the Den....then we get an IG from Troy,asking us to tell Taini to stop "Serping" ? I looked at my Wife and said: WtH? here's the screenie : http://i451.photobucket.com/albums/qq231/t...photos/Troy.jpg There was no-cause in this except to stir-up trouble,and that is exactly what Frozen did. After talking to our many Allies,I was informed that I should "take it to Forums,and show everyone what really happened" and advise all of exactly why Troy is now Brown tagged. And if you dont want to take time to see it,I'll just tell you : If you accuse someone of doing something,you better have the proof to back it up,or back off of me and my Guildies...'case if you think we are "Serping" just by stopping and killing 5 Creatures and leaving,you dont know what "Serping" really is. Ask anyone who knows me. They will tell you that if Tokie comes to P-L Tit.mine for Bones,and someones there...I'll sit and wait for them to finish. Then,I will go on about my buisness,and usually PM that person when I'm full,just as a common courtesy. Note : This is done by most everyone in #nU Guild,and if one of us does stop in a mass-Spawn area to top off or level off its usually only for a brief period of time,with consideration for those around us NOT to leave a small area. To be more precise,we dont run all over like Headless Chickens,killing everything we see,no-matter who the Creature is next to. My Guildie,(and Wife) did nothing wrong,Troy jumped the gun by throwing a Red Tag on us,and now you know the rest of the story. Tokie (11-01-08)

Tokie is on re-set,but will attend,if I can get the day off of work. Tokie will use the following items : Leather Helm,Leather Torso,Leather Leg and Boots,Steel Shield with Titanium Long. Tokie will not use HE's or SR's,cast any Magic,nor wear CoL/MoL,or any Medallion,or use any rings. Tokie will go 1 on 1,as-is,to see how long He can last,as a test to see just how long He can go. A Mod contacted me,asked who I was,and name of my "Main,then asked who Meike was,and Her Main's name. My Wife and I are making "Alts" to be used as Bots,(one Guard,other Store) and we have questions... like... (1) Can we,as "Alts",trade between each other,with neither wearing a Guild tag ? #nU Guild wants to make a Guard Bot and a Store Bot. Starting with new Characters,I was wondering if,since the Bots will be "Declared" as soon as they are ready,(EMU and what-not in place)...is there any problem with members of the Guild,or it's Allies,helping out by trading with the "Pre-Bots" as we refer to them,without causing any trouble or breaking any rule(s) ? I was contacted by a Game Mod last nite...and asked who the Characters were,and who we were,(my Wife and myself) as well as which one was runnng which Character... I was freaked-out by this,so naturally,I decided to get on Forums and ask around again before we sign them in again to continue our/their development. My name is Tokie,and I am statring up an "Honor-Guild" in Eternal Lands. We are a Guild looking to be a major supplier of Weapons,Armors,Crafting and Engineering Products to the Game,as well as to our Allied Guilds. Help is what you get,if you join #nU. No matter what you are into,there is a chance we can help you achieve your desired direction...unless it's Bag-Jumping or Scamming. Those are two things we do not allow... At #nU Guild,if asked,we will go to Arenas and Cast-Heal on out Allied Friends fighting in the Arenas,and we will sell to our Allied Guilds at no-profit. It seems dumb,but that is just the way being allied works...as we also recieve goods and services the same way. (ie. one hand washes the other). The 60/40 Club. Heres how it works: Rather than taking the chance of being killed in PK areas,Manufacturers and the like are coming to me to sign up,and most Warriors are in place. Dates and times are set,and the "Caravan" moves out. We advance through PK areas "under escort of the Fighters" and get what we came for. Afterwards,we split the product,(say it's Hydro for instance) with the escorts in a 60/40 ratio,with the Fighters taking 60%. It seems like a large cut,but for the protection,and not having to lose our product(s),it's well worth it in the end. Hiding an "Alt" ? Not at #nU you wont. We only seek active players. Wow, Rick, Butts and ButtsWife, Wizzy, the real Grael, Aarwen, Keithjowens, Rairor, dudeofdeath, MusclesMalone, Benfish, Shishio, Me_Ow, cEmiL, asgnny, Fryslan, Moebird, FireBalls, Omnivision and OmnisBabe, Florian, ...this list of names could go on and on... so if your name wasnt mentioned,it's just because I'm so-old,that names escape me ! Many, and I do mean many players in EL,have given me the drive to continue on in this game. The list continues to grow, every day I am in-game, and the friendships I have made continues to amaze me, the # of times I have been stopped in my tracks by concerned players, asking if I need any help is un-countable... Learning that EL is exactly tyhe same as the real world,(as far as cheating goes,and sometimes more) is something we all need to keep in mind. We also must remember that how Characters act in EL... is most likely how that Characters owner acts in the real world. Another chance ? We all deserve that...but only once. The 1st time,shame on you,the second time,shame on us. But remember there are no third strikes...at least not in EL,as far as I've heard so-far. tokie

I see a plot emerging,yet there seems to be a split in the direction the tale is going already. Quite intresting,and I will be watching to see how this story developes in the future. Also,I was wondering if there will be another,kinda' like the Lord of the Rings series,or if this will be only one as a whole,starting and ending within it's own cover,so to speak. Keep stretching the boundrys of the mind,and remember... some of us got here on a Space Ship.
