Many years ago my ignorance to rules caused me trouble,and my mouth compounded it thrice-fold. There were stipulations on my returning to game. These have been enforced since that time,but one of which I must now ask to be reversed,since I have done everything asked and told of me to do from that time,and continue to abide by,to this day. Since it has been almost 4 years since everything fell apart by my own doing,and my being allowed to return to Eternal Lands with the new Tokie here...(and since there is now a clear indication that I DO now know the rules of the Game and what it takes to play the right way)... I wish to appeal, (ie. Appeal ; a : an application (as to a recognized authority) for corroboration, vindication, or decision ) and ask for a reversal in your decision,which was made almost 4 years ago,to keep me on one Character,and not allow me to have an Alternative Character. It is my belief that my actions in game,have spoken louder than any of that trash I spewed-forth,when I was questioned about my actions,after I first started playing Eternal Lands almost 4 years ago. It is my belief that I know how the game works,that I know the rules,and that I can abide by them...as my actions have shown since that time...so long ago. Not too keen on "Anything I want", either. There are a lot of don'ts with an alt and a bot and other characters on your IP, and other characters off of your IP. You are too hung up on "IP" and there is a LOT more to it including logging in from elsewhere or main and alt trading with the same people NOT on your IP. I want you to go into depth about what you want to do with an alt, why you want an alt, and what you are not allowed to do with an alt. Rule#5 as Tokie "words it" on His own, in order,straight from the Screenies of Rule #5 from eternal Lands : (1) Dont use illegal or altered map files,Unregistered Bots,dont Macro or Automate or Script.,(whatever the H3LL that is,'cause I aint no 'puter jeaneious) dont explode bugs or Mule. Bots get approved and Purplized to be used,and you gotta' use it the same way concerning rules as your Main Character. Report all bugs to the proper Authority. Illegal Multi to me is using any other Character or Bot to buy/sell or trade items from my Main to my Alt, or involve any other Character from my I.P. Address,(that I know of personally or otherwise) to transfer any items from my Main to my Alt,or my Wifes Character... * At the time of this writing, Only Tokie,Taini and our Trade Bots are on E L from this address * Dont mule, DB sit,or PvP with my Alt and my Main,(or anyone from my I.P. Address) and you know Im running an Honor Guild, so I aint "Luring" anybody... Im not like that. Poundin'You (#nU) Guild observes three (3) colors of tags. Green-Mutual,Yellow-Neutral and Brown-Enemy. Period. Everyone knows were a friendly Guild with very few enemies,but yes,we do have a few of Guilds Brown tagged. Some Guilds know why,(due to their members actions) and aparently some do not,and wish to know why their Guild has been Brown tagged by Poundin'You (#nU) Guild. Well, if you dont know,and want to know,let me answer your question with one of my own,and that would be: Why kill the Snake,just because it's slithering directly towards you ? Answer: It's a "precautionary move to reduce the chance of being caught un-aware" and thus hurt. So in short: If you got a Guild full of un-trustables,Bag Jumpers and Thieves, you got a Brown tag. It's that simple. Also note that I,(Tokie) do not make the rules or inforce the rules in Poundin'You (#nU) Guild. I hold but one (1) Vote myself,so that none can say it's Tokie's way or the Highway. Quite the contrary,actually,as I too must observe any and all rules set forth by the P-5,( Panel of Five ) and it is this way for all to see that I hold myself to no-higher esteem than any other Member of this Guild. Lets take one of the DP Arena's and make it a No-Magic / No-Poition ArenA. An ArenA where Magic and Potions are USELESS,they wont work at all,and are nothng but a waste of time and gc. I would like to see an ArenA where Players can "Grind for the Kill"...where it's a Combat that once started,cannot be stopped until one or the other Player dies and ends up in H3ll...like the Romans did way back when.... If a Character is going to be a Guild Map Guard Bot,and there are already two (2) Blessed Guard Bots with Great Swords and Armors,would a Blessing be wasted on a Ranging-Archer Guard Bot utilizing Elven w/*blank*-Arrows ? I mean, it's not like the things gonna' pull the Bow string back any farther so the PK Arrow would hit any harder or go any deeper right ? I want a serious responce from the lot of you as to why I am Slappin around a Creature in my AuggieZ w/ Leather Boots and Iron Helm,no MoL or Medallion of any sort,using Leather Gloves as a Weapon...and I look over and see Someone in RD Leg-Torso w/CoL - Mol and Tit. Shield havin to Restore 1 or 2 times Per Encounter on the same d@mned Creature ? Did I do something right in PP placement ? Or is it 'cause I'm Skeptic and a GodLess-Grinder of oa's ?

Theire Health Numbers are Triple or Quadrupal of mine of,and I'm in Aug(s) and they got RDA and Glowing Sword and RDHoLM or CoL and they are Restoring like MAD and taking HUGE hits..and I just cant figure out why that is ? I mean, c'mon...Man,they got Tit.Serp/Therm. and RDA and RDHoLM and they gotta' restore 3,4,5 times per engegement ? I just dont get it...I cant wrap my mind around why it's happening like that... I mean, a Cyc is a Cyc...right ? I have had a few that really "get one in on me" and make me fully Restore,but usually I can hit HEAL 2 times and be done till next engagement,where as they are STILL fighting for their lives. I'll kill 2 or 3 to their 1 (most times) I'm out there watching and Training. If this Dragon Armor is " S0-Pr0 " then why do they take such HUGE losses in their Health when they get Hit ? ..and it's not just that one Guy I saw either, I've seen this from numerous Players in Spwans from HobGoblins to Lions so-far...

Nothing deragatory I assure you..and I'm smackin' around Armed Orcs,Cyc,and Lion's AtM,in my AuggieZ w/Leather Gloves,Iron Helm and Leather Boots,but with the Cyc n Lions I use a Moon Med. for the present. I seriously doubt that with their # d@mned near double my lil' 105... Why are they even on same mob as you if they're so much higher? If you want a real answer give your full stats and their full stats. EDIT: Anyways the point is, your Augmented and other cheap armors setup is not better than a RDA set + Ti shield + CoL + MoL. If you're restoring less than them either your a/d or your attribs or both are much high/better. Even if your OA is lower, they may be more of an all-rounder with lots of pp's in nexuses or Will or something and might be less negged than you. There's plenty of possible explanations, but Aug armor being magically pr0 isn't one of them. Go on... I'm listening...

True Agreed here too. What I've always asked myself though, is if NOT having Brod would actually benefit 'the economy'. There are quite a few people who decided to no longer set foot in PK, basically only because of the chance to get hit with Brod. With the high end gear that's needed these days for Joe Average to even stand a chance to last longer than a minute against the people that have either trained for 5+ hours a day for a few years, or who have purchased their levels, or have purchased their gear with USD injections. A player who choses to keep EL free to play and who is unable to spend a lot of time making gc ingame simply can't afford to get their hard earned dragon armor degraded on purpose by someone else. Of course there are the 'hardcore PK lovers' who will still go and who don't care about it, but I'm fairly certain PK could be appreciated by a larger crowd if the brod was not an issue. A larger crowd that might get so enthousiastic that they would be more driven to level up, use more essies, use more SRs and also PK pots, they would also need to invest in some more armor, a wider range of weapons in storage etc. I guess we'll never know I agree ..but if anyone DOES wanna' BRoD my AuggieZ, well they're more than welcome to try

Sorry Hun, maybe I should have put it this way the first time: I hope to someday see the HELP tag out there again,as I "overheard" many asking FOR help from you and your Members many times.
