On the topic that says which ISP's are banned, it says that the one im on has a character creation ban. so thats something at least.

Hello there. I read on the problems forum bit that certain ISP's will not let you create an account, one such ISP is freeserve, which i happen to use. I was wondering how i can get an accoount? i read something about getting someone else to make me one, so if there are any moderators out there that can do this please let me know. thankyou in advance and i am greatly looking forward to playing -Sir_Azrael
