I've said before, I have no technical knowledege. I don't realy know what an ISP is, and I assumed incorreclty. I shouldn't have posted that. Like belton said, I'm using his proxy. I'm not sure what than mean. I just know it solved the lag problem I have.

I believe its been 1 month since my ban, I had a technical problem, due to an ISP problem, and it seemed like a cheat. The problem had been solved. I'm using a different ISP now, and it will not happen again. I have never, and never will, use a cheat. Thank you.
