I very much like this idea, however i see the following problem: This system would benefit allrounders a lot. People with levels in all the skills can by means of this system get much more out of their build. But being an allrounder in the current system means you are very very carefull how to spend your pp, since you need so much pp for all the nexi and have a decent emu and have some mana, etc etc. So for an allrounder 10-20pp would be very hard if not impossible to allocate i think. And wouldn't it be fun to also have a "mad bomber" class? Lowering a/d and increasing engineering/mine dmg would rock

However, i think that the 'recent' changes in magic that are being felt in PK at this moment (since people now had the time to make new 'mage' builds and lvl them) are very interesting, to say the least. The mere fact it can lead to this kind of heated discussions means there is a profound impact on the community, for the good or the bad, that is for each one to decide for themselves. Personally i think it's just very interesting

in my experience pvp is the fastest way to lvl ranging. pvp is expensive, but fast. shooting rats/imps in an enclosed area is more cost effective, but very slow..

That'd come under scamming i'd think. That'd come under 'accident'. Got killed like this many many times;P So if someone 'accidentally' pulls a thermal serp on you while pvping you don't complain? To me pvpers should be left alone. If not: post outlaw. For all the other scenarios i agree that PK is PK and you shouldn't whine about it.
