there should be courthouses.. even if they are never used, they would serve some purpose in storylines and maybe some quests

yeah thats what i like most about this kinda game... i know people in australia, netherlands, romania/pensylvania, sweden, canada, jamaica, england, texas, new hampshire, tennessee, new york, texas, even canada! (and many many more) i also like the many different kinds of gameplay in different games i also dislike being hit on so much..
