I don't get why is EL compared to RL (few examples in thread). I mean irl killing is pretty outlaw no? so then why is not posted in outlaw forum everybody who pk'ed someone?

There were some previous attempts to do that (some EL council), but for various reasons it didn't work. The idea was to have all the players in a trade (alchemy, mages, summoners, PKers, etc.) vote for a representative which would vote for them all on important decisions. I still think Shallara's idea is the best, if you are indeed intent on gauging player opinion, which as you mention, is an advantage that EL has over other games. I'm not sure having the player base vote on representatives is the best way to select these "council" members, but a private forum with 20 or so such "council" members for feedback seems very attractive...and the idea to include all trades is very important as well. I don't know why it didn't succeed earlier, but perhaps re-thinking it may be in order? I would say no for a few/group of players having "preleased" info about incoming items,updates etc. Either keep open for everybody like now or closed.

I really doubt that. from that 23k. if you can sell 1k at 15 gc ea, you should consider yourself a lucky person. And if you sell to npc at 13 gc (not 14 like Tempest said) that a lot of muling. Getting all the ingreds, mixing, muling is atleast 60 real hour

While would be asymetric, i think a variation of ELO system from chess could be better than a +/-1 point based system.
