I think the negative consequences to the luree of those 2 situations don't really compare. I don't think Disputes were ever about logic. I always thought that Disputes were about two or more people arguing to amuse the rest of the community

There is a solution for this in-game. Called a serpent sword. You know, some ppl have enough conflicts in RL and play the game for pleasure and to relax. I do not think it is necessary to disrupt other players fun to complete a quest. But if the person is farming double-spawn, he should let one of the mobs for the quest if asked politely. Nobody owns a spawn, let alone double one. I'll always let daily questers a single spawn to play with, whenever I'm on double...

It would end just like every quest. Well documented on various forums and not much of a secret for a long time. You cannot make something too secret in MMO, most people share info and give others quite a lot advice

I never really understand the whole privacy thing and this is totally confusing. Why hide something of very little infomative value to the reader? I think that the whole privacy option shouldn't even exist anyways, let alone achievements to be part of it. What's next? Option to hide healthbars or names? How about the entire character from interacting with the game?

Clearly, the "deal" would seem that its preferable for ppl to alert ppl to ignore this guy before they fall victim, as opposed to leaving them to find out the hard way. The guy is clearly engaged in testing the limits of generosity of those who care enough to help and encourage those new to the game. If it helps prevent some idiot taking advantage of the good nature of some of EL's nicer players, then posting in Disputes would reasonably seem fully justified. Moreover, it provides a useful service in highlighting those whom most honorable guilds will probably want to avoid recruiting or dealing with. Granted.

I think that selling the stone is completely valid. It's rather expensive to get one and you cannot expect that there will be always team who will do it for the "fun" of the hunt. Also, the buyer can decide on his own, when to use the stone, which can be of great advatange, worth of some tens of thousands coins IMO.
