  1. A Search Storage Command

Until it's been added to the client and a new version released, you're out of luck if you can't recompile the client yourself. Both of the ideas you mentioned have been done. One to search the storage a specific item, and one to sort the #storage return values (written by me). I don't think either are in the CVS though. But if you go to www.elrocks.com/elc you can download my client, which is based on the CVS of about a week ago and includes a few other patches too (listed on the page at that URL). ps. If you choose to use this client, I take no responsibility. If it violates any rules (I don't think it does), it's your ass. It's like a gun: I'll make it for you, but if you shoot someone, you do the time.
  2. Banned Im Sorrrry

Ent gives everyone a second chance, but didn't you blow it already by coming back and spamming again? I've seen this happen before and always thought, if you got muted for spamming the first time and then came back and did it again (under a different name, or not) and your got yourself banned - that's your 2 chances. And it's not like you didn't know it was wrong; you were muted already. And I'm sure Learner warned you at least a couple times before that. Seems like the record stands at: First offense (or first few): Learner warned you. Second offence: Learner muted you. Third offence: Learner banned you. Well, that's that. Cya. (I feel cruel today. Ent, unban this guy and I'll quit. You know I'm serious.)
  3. How Rabbits Eat Wolves?

I've noticed that too. In Canada, British comedy is pretty popular but it never gets the same appreciation in the states. And you'd think that with 10x the population of Canada, the US has a better chance of spawning some people with an intelligent sense of humour. Go figure.
  4. Horrible Bug I Found

Wow... I still have my old 9600 baud (wow, I haven't said/written "baud" in years) modem kicking around too. And it was expensive and cool when all my friends still had their 300 and 2400 baud modems. Ah, the good old days: connecting to a 300 baud BBS to play "Infinity Complex" - anyone remember that game?
  5. Patch For Water At Map Edges

Next step: Stop the rabbits from pissing in the lake and make it blue.
  6. How Rabbits Eat Wolves?

My point was, I don't get some of the humour that comes from slavic countries. It's either not funny to begin with or something gets lost in the translation. No offense meant teh banned 0n3na, I just thought this was a good place to make my point.
  7. How Rabbits Eat Wolves?

That sounded alot like a Russian joke. My brother-in-law is from St. Petersburg and has told me a few Russian jokes, and not one of them has been funny. The only funny part is when he thinks they're hilarious and we laugh at him laughing. For example: A man tries to throw a lady from the window. She opposed. The crowd shouts: -Stop it, man! The lady is alive. -This is not a lady, this is my mother-in-law, replies the guy. The crowd shouts: Look, she even resists... Wah? This is a joke? Seriously, my brother would laugh his ass off at this.
  8. Smilies Patch

    ..don't forget the fingery...
  9. Patch For Water At Map Edges

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing here...
  10. Last Guild Wars Update For Me

I bet that's not the first time you've said that today...
  11. Show a pic of yourself!

Ya, uh huh, that's Reyana. A great first (and only) post. a few people have asked what I look like too.. here's a recent photo: I'm a little older now though.
  12. Smilies Patch

We need some non-smileys: like one that gives you the finger. We could call it a fingery.
  13. What About New Monsters?

That's a great idea. Good thinking. We should definately have horses. Do you think we could ride them?
  14. What About New Monsters?

I wouldn't mind seeing a small dragon, like bear-size. However, what about a stationary dragon? A big one? You can go up against it and if you "beat" it, it doesn't die but it gives you a rare item? And only one person can fight it at a time.
  15. More Guild Commands

That's been suggested and falls under the "there's more important things to do first" category. But I agree. It's a good idea. Here, this always works: Ent, implement this now or I'll quit playing. Seriously.
  16. Did Ent Trip Over The Cords Again

    Same here.
  17. Shrink The Inventory Window

I always thought the inventory window was too big and blocked too much of the window when playing, so I mod'ed the client so the main inventory items are the same size as the items you're wearing. Here's a screen shot: I'll post the code if anyone wants it, but it's really simple. I just thought I'd point this out incase anyone else felt the same way, and maybe the devs might consider revamping this window to make it more compact. Even my redesign is still wasteful with space, but it's my first attempt.
  18. It's "you're" Not "your"

You're Grammer Sucks Good: This is your car. Bad: Your in your car. Correction: You're in your car. "You're" is a contraction of the words "You" and "Are". Any time you feel the urge to use the word "your", please try replacing "your" with "you are". If the sentence still makes sense, then what you really wanted to write was not "your" but "you're". Had Becareful how you use the word "had". For example: Good: I went to the store. Bad: I had went to the store. The good example states that you went to the store; a statement in the past tense. The bad example means something completely different. The bad example means that in some alternate past you went to the store, but in the current timeline you have not gone to the store. To be more clear: I had six apples. I ate one. Now I have 5 apples. Notice that the word "had" indicates a statement in the past tense but also implies that the situation that was true in the past has now changed. In our previous example ("I had went to the store"), the situation of the past never changed, therefore "had" is out of place. For more examples of how "had" can be misused, tune in to Judge Judy weekdays at 5:30pm.
  19. Shrink The Inventory Window

Actually, it works fine for up to 4 numbers. After that, they do bleed into the next cell. But that happens on any window where the image is 32x32 (look at the manu window). And how often does anyone carry more than 10k of anything (other than richies, and F them - snobs).
  20. Mass Battle System

Wait a minute... this isn't the greatest idea ever. Scammer!
  21. Elrocks.com Might Be Down Sometimes

I'm considering a new ISP in Jamaica, I hear they're really good.
  22. It's "you're" Not "your"

The problem comes from people not reading enough. I read a book about every 1-2 weeks. My sisters don't read at all and their grammar, spelling and general vocabulary is very weak. Read books, read anything, and you'll not only write and speak better but you'll seem smarter.
  23. Self-description

    Slacker.
  24. More Npc's!

You're both slackers. What about all those wasted hours between midnight and 6am? Huh?
  25. Endurence Points On Breaking Items

Yes. Please do. We'll allow it.
