    i turn on the game i downloaded it off of eternal lands website and when i load it, it says in red letters i did something nasty i never been on the game before and nobody else i no. can someone help me make a new character and help me log in, i cant because of the ip ban it says. it tells me i should go on the forums or something if this is unjust or if i will be good. which i read the rules. just need some help
