You dont need to know other languages to know programming better. Other languages can be changed via the dialect and such, programing is just 1 strait code that is always the same, sure you can give 1 code a different function but in the basics it all comes down to specific predefined strings. =P Its just common sense you need to put those different codes together to make a great code to do great things. Languages are much more complex, as in lets say spanish - there are over 15 different spanish countries and in some they speak using the same words but they have totally different meanings. =D.

To knock the earth off its orbit in reality would need a comet about 2 and a half the size of the US err somthing about the size of two moons basically. Thats just on the area field that you can view it on. I think it all breaks down to the density and velocity. Example. a object with a half meter surface area in space traveling at a slow velocity at first because of no friction will increase its pace. When it hits another object the reaction is much larger than it would of been in the object were tossed (mechanically) at equivilantly the same pace on earth. Now picture a object a bit bigger than the moon. surface area wize all the ppl on earth could cover the moon but density wize no way. Plus all the people on earth would have to fall extreamly fast. Id say about 4x the pressure you can place down on a object using the force in your jaw muscles. Thats enough to snap a humans legs like a thin twig. U know why =P 1. Trees drop, berries stuff. 2. Health over head bar removed and nothing is displayed unless the player views their stats. 3. Remove numbers and replace with bars representing the numbers in the value of percents. 4. Exp growth change, instead of a predetermined ammount of exp the exp grows depending on the type of enemy and the ammount of damage the player is doing. Elaborations: If the player is fighting a way weaker monster (e = exp, h = a landed hits damage, c = exp delivered) if (playerslevel>100) { (e/2)h = c } ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Thats tank pgm =P -------------------- Player ranks and points should be interesting: Depending on the players pk's and monsters slayn and so on a group of points is put together (not a name rank). Also, Bonus exp and temporary boosts; A player recieves a bonus for having killed the monster, the kill gauge goes up and the player aquires a skill using the kill guage, when the skill is active the kill guage slowly goes back down, when it reachs 0 skill is over. The players skill should allow him/her to kill monster or players faster in some way. --- Viod Determination: I'm hoping the EL engine can generate random maps? Um, marrowind, its a nice game but like that person said its too open ended, and obviosly the game isn't balanced at all. I mean c'mon really look at it. No matter what class I wanted to be I always ended up being a mage always. Except when I got that hammer, then I was a warrior but thats only cause the hammer kills things in 1 hit (even the last boss(you need special items to kill him)) Its a nice game as in you can go anywhere, but its unimaginable a non generated map thats that massive. (This is the Xbox version) Its a nice game, but if your looking for rpg of the year the best is probably a srpg named disgaea, or maybe the .hack series. .hack would of been the best if they had not screwed it up with coming out with 4 different instalations, maybe 2 installations but not 4. One of the best stories of the decade would probably go to Metal Gear Substance, or .hack (once you get past all the confusion(if your a big mystery book fan, you will fall in love with .hack.) the resident evils are ok, but pain in the asses, specially resident evil 0. great game play of the year, would probably go to chaos legion I though that the new legacy of cain would be better but not really, and castlevania is ok but I quit about 4 hours into it. (combos were too plain.) Marrowind goes under its own field as: Most open ended, Most class racist, Most massive, Biggest run arounds (second only to Dark Cloud 2), And best game that doesnt abuse CGI' *cough *cough Final Fantasy 10 *cough *cough. when I said hands on; I meant that you will need a book, then the program that will make some use of the code your typing in. Basically field work. You need to do it, you cant just read and know it. Ok, not going to give a background story, just going to go strait into it. Just know this one king ruled all. ---------------- Story (Natural Races): It has long been, that the mutants and the natural beings worked together under the one king, for years all lived in sync with each other. Finishing to Begining - The death of a king is based on nothing, the story has no main bad guy however their is a main force to fight against, it introduces a player vs player system that adds racial boundries. The concept of a war driven EL has been used before however always for some half arsed reason. The entire plot development lies in the past, the player plays through past events that leads to where they are now. I remember Roja saying EL 2 so basically this is a great story for a EL 2. ------------------------------------- Now - Finishing The King hasnt died yet but you can do anything to stop the chain of events that will lead to his death, the one certain is that the player is there when he dies. The story begins for the mutants with the blood luster engulfing them, the passion to kill is what drives them, they always feel as if they are hated so they must hate back. However the first war was something that had great influence over the relations between naturals and mutants. Natural Races are the races that came from the primeordial soup mix with the exception of the elves. The king is a combination of both mutant and Natural Races (Long story) however with his death the chain breaks. But as always there is much more to it that what you can see, the road of the past in this story is traveled backwards inorder to unlock the present. -------------------------------------------- Characters and Players: Now the npcs and so on in this story are not important as they arent that great but they serve their purpose. Players purpose is very important, this is a mmorpg story so it supports and unlimited ammount of people. The story begins with many many beginings. So not everyone starts out on the same go. IE. Say the player chooses to make profession farming; they will enter the farming district counslers building. each race I'm guessing should have 5 or 6 openings. In this story thats about 55- 70 openings. All depending on what characterisitcs you select for your player. ------------------------------------------------- Ok thats the concept. =-)

3 ways to make a guild. Way 1: 1 player owned guild, pay 5 million gold and have most stats over 30. Way 2: Multi owned guild - A group of guild leaders but 1 main leader, each player has to have stats over 20 and also give enough money to add up to 5 million gold. Way 3: Pay 15 million gold. -------------------------------- Real money: to host a guild you have to pay for your guild in real money, $5 a year. (Only if player wants advanced guild options.) Advanced Guild options (4 more ranks slots, A Message Board, Never attack your own guild members, Set qualifications for players to join guild, Npc recruiter.) --------------------------------- There, =D --------------------------------

um, it was a while back, I can bearly remember his name; it was something viking I believe, he came in and asked me for info on the game, I gave it to him but then he said do I have anything for him, I told him there was nothing in the game to give him yet, he then started cursing at me O.o. After that I saw him again saying he made a level in the game, I asked which one but he dodged, after that he said he would give me the texts to do things for a price, gave him 4000 gold then he ran.
