I think it was a dumb solution to that problem. I have a def build char aswell and I used it to tank invances and I got NOTHING out of it besides the def exp I got for tanking. People just didn't share drops (80-100) and it costed me enough potions and essences. I didn't care because I like to help people and have fun. I never abused invances for training (I tanked to kill the monsters by teamwork, if I was alone I asked for help to kill it) and I left before the exp was given out (getting no attack exp was crucial for my build). So now I get even less and the message is clear: tank builds are not wanted. No solution was offered to the people that did use their builds to freaking tank invances to help and have fun. [opinion]Banning abusers is probably far to much work, punishing people that don't abuse them is much easier. [/opinion] Splitting up the invances in 120-145 and 145+ was/is a good idea. I remember invances being done in no time at all without any challenge because of the amount of high players. As I see it, that resulted in invances not being fun anymore and that has been dealt with

NO! Has been done, and AFK training was found to be within the game rules. So all you do with an #abuse for AFK training is to annoy everyone involved (including yourself, the time we look into it tends to interfere with _your_ playing as well). Now, if you have reasons to suspect it's not just AFK training that's of course another matter, but for now, AFK training in itself is allowed. (Note that afk training is bannable in invances which have their own specific rules, and indeed #abuse it there when you see it) Afk mob farming allowed???? LMAO, I will make 10 of those chars and run them while I sleep ... (MOD edit by revi: I moved the added line outside my quoted text)

It should stay allowed? If you mean the build, then sure, build your character however you please. However, AFK fighting, no way that should be allowed. Because if we allow this, we should also allow macroing and botting. Same result, just another method to achieve it. If you don't have time to play, then don't play. So I would suggest the following: if you suspect a player from being AFK and he/she is still fighting then use an #abuse to bring this under the attention of a mod and have that player banned. If that is not in the rules now, then put them in there.

I think the idea is great, however I do not think booby trapped HB's should be able to contain items. But I can see someone using an hyperbag and put some booby trapped fake ones around it to give the bagjumpers some extra challenge.

I got it working, though I fail to get hardware decoding working. Did you manage to get that working? For now I am still on the pipelight method (no hardware decoding either)

Hey, Allthough devnull has a point, it still sucks that it happened to you. I had the wrong pricing on my bot once, and I was warned by a nice player. Cause that saved me a lot of money, I decided to donate 100k to your bot. I hope it will ease the pain a bit.

Allthough Burn brings up some very excellent points, there is one problem with the Sun Tzu stone. because, when used you don't have any guarantee that you can get the full exp (it is very busy on spawns on Sun Tzu day). I think it would be a good idee to have a personal Sun Tzu stone in the game that only works for you.

@morrigan: I know Rabbitman and I know that he rather would make instances more challenging than easier.

Hmm ... no buying and selling was mentioned indeed. But if you buy a character, isn't that character considered an alt and therefor a violation of the no-alt restriction? If they would use a linguist on that mail, I am positive they can trace it to WR aswell
