i like the idea of a karma system, but the idea of it affecting my fail rates, and hit chances, tht just seems a little too far. i mean, think, if some1 decides to get articifer perk, and a hugely positive karma, they cud make LOADS of efe's, ele's and flood the market, and become all rich and powerful, then reset and buy everything they need to lvl. people would do that, a LOT. a better idea, wud be to let karma limit which npc's (not make it so u can't talk to any gen store, just ones in certain places) you can talk to, which quests you can undertake and maybe even certain places cud be karma based entry.... eg. secret caves, dungeons, you click to enter "sorry no goody two shoes allowed" or "go away you evil monster :-P" ^.^

so, how wud this zombie work? just like a summoned animal? except, u have to die, lol. wud it be aggressive on pk map? (some players zombies wud hurt!) wud they have ure name above them? (removing names and just putting zombie wud result in some FUN >=) hehe

Just and idea (my first ever! woot) An official Entropy sponsored Pk tournement A knockout style type thingy, but with something like one of those special swords as a prize. people love events, and i bet this wud be gd fun ^.^ could ask for people to pay to enter, or could just be simply sign up on the forums. but it would fit in the the EL theme, as there were medievil tourney's all the time as people wanted to be declared the best. Could also have divisions, sub 30/30 att/def 50/50+ att/def etc etc.... and because teh g0d wud be hosting, no idiots would try to ruin it. would be fun for all. well, tht's all ^.^

wot i mean, is a REAL contest, not some player sponsored thing, with items anyone can get. ent cud make a map (plain, doesn't need anything), and teleport the two competitors there. 1 fight at a time. you work your way up the ladder in the tournement, winner takes home and nice shiney sword (say thermal tit short, long. NOT serp coz tht is too big a prize ) this type of competition would be fair, so no1 could complain, it would be a really good prize, and people would enjoy it. it would keep with our theme. and bring some variety. and give all these fighters something to work hard for, to be able to compete for respect personally, am not a fighter, but i know for a fact this would go down well. also, equipment shud not be taken if you lose, because, if you lost in medievil times, one of your servants would go pick it up for you contests should be held once ever 2-3 weeks? we could even have summon wars too....... same style....... (different divisions, 4 creature max, 6 creature max, can only participate in 1 division, gives more people a chance ) just some thoughts

you obviously misread what i wrote, i meant it as, you may not have the opportunity to see our community more clearly, because a few key people in it, don't actually like you. try living in a neighbourhood where ure hated, your not exactly gonna see a lot of the local community then same goes here. and it is more than 300 people... 300 active at once most of the time, but thousands of players.... (yes i kno you kno tht, so no bloody need to try and correct mee) and i did think. i didn't say thet you are anything to do with whether the community exists or not (big ego u have there....), i sed you may not notice it... BIG DIFFERENCE to quote you plat "so think before posting" ~Simma~

plat, there IS a decent community in EL, maybe you don't see it because a lot of people in it don't like you (sorry, but there is a fair few anti plats out there....) and no, it's not just a few oldbies, and friends in same guild. a lot of people out there are "almost-friends", as in, they know of each other, have mutual respect, say hello etc, but don't chill out and talk all the time, probably because they like to go and level, lol. small eg. i wud consider Guizmo one of my gd friends in el, he's never been in any of my guilds, and ive neva spent a lot of time with him, but we just get on really easily, and it's kool. This type of thing is very common, and this is our community i don't think el will change much, the levels will grow, the new toys will come, and we will all still be wondering whether there is a fork or not... players tht will join? i think we will always have a broad variety of ages, el is just so easy to get into. younger generation love to be at the top and UBER 1337. and the older generations, they are more relaxed with levels, and can have a laugh, there are a fair few smart opinionated people in el, and these "more mature" generations, will fit into tht type of group el is a game for the whole family, even my 6yr old cousin likes to play, he's a button basher by nature, lol. but he calms down on here and likes to kill the bunnies on prima as more developements come, more players WILL be attracted to el, more wepaons will interest fighters, these enriched essences are adding a whole new level to the game, the next step of 1337ness summoners finally have some dudey things to do and are gonna be menacing if they get plenty of ele's you can't be totally sure of the future of el, but because it's not a totally specific game (ie conquer really is aimed at people who like fighting), we have an open game, available to anyone who wants to spend their free time here and shuning, no1 but evil nasty people, like killerlamb... lol my 2 pennies (i am english see! ) ps. yes i kno these are two BIG pennies, lol

i started december 31, so this is my 9th month (maybe am thick and it's longer meh) but yes, us middlebies are leaving (NOT MEE, AM ADDICTED), wierd huh? they all used to be like crack addicts.... cept, el was their crack.... now, they have all gone to rehab (DAMN QUITERS!). but they will be back! no-one can resist this game, it's too hard to stay away... Mwuahahahahahahahahahaha All of our souls belong to radu now... all of us!!!!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!

the bots are fine, now some1 sed tht learners shudn't be handed over to el (ie ent) erm, y, tht won't make the slightest difference. but seriously, bots are getting more common, the original ants and tradebots were to be made and developed with the intention of handing them over to Ent once they were finished so tht we could have some better NPC's and such, like the ants were originally going to being moving npc's if my memory serves me correctly. also- tradebots are popping up all over now, they aren't tht big of a problem, but as far as i can see, no1 is sticking to the original idea of developement to further the game, WITH EXCEPTION OF LEARNER and his wonderful little ants :-) (do the ants hold grudges yet? lol, yes i am an ant fan...) so if people can just have bots for themselves now, instead of for trying to improve our game, well, why do we even need this pole o.O my 2 pennies (i don't have cents, am english )

have you tried redownloading the whole game? a clean version, a lot of people are using "altered" clients and extra's. if you are, tht's where the problem could be?
