If you plan to pk, its better off to buy the cape. Pp's mean the world to a pker. If you really dont plan to pk and just fight as a skill, then the perk would be ok to take.

Imo, I dont like the idea. Pk would most likely die to a death more than it is now on the main server and I'd just give up on pking period. I might would go into another skill. Probably not tho. The c3 continent sounds much better imo. It would suck for the community to split up on 2 different servers. C3 could have caps and if you did not meet the caps then maybe that continent would lower ur a/d/p/c to the cap until you left?
