I'm afraid you haven't still understood, that these 3 characters belong to 3 different people. Yes, I was away for 2 hours, but I didn't know, what another 2 people were doing at that time. Yes, they might have used an internet connection from another IP-addresses. As far as I am the system adminitrator of our network I can say this. When I was back I noticed that I was banned, and I couldn't understand, why, that's why I tried to connect to the server with another IP-address. You may be surprised, that in our network all the users (about 2 000 people) can use 1 IP-address. You may be also surprised knowing that a personal IP-address costs money, that's why not every user has its own IP-address. If you like, I can show you the iptables settings of our internet servers to make you sure that it is so. I still think that your suspiction that all the 3 characters belong to 1 person is unfounded. You didn't even tried to apply to any of us, that's why I ask for releasing all the characters. I can promise that in the future we will be more attentive to the rules and will try not to arouse such suspictions any more.

Hello. I've got a little problem: 27.07 in the evening I was sitting in WSC and went for a walk (in the real world). When I was back after 2 hours, it was about 01:30 am GTM+4 july the 28th, I noticed that there was a disconnect from the game, in the console I saw message "You were booted by Aislinn!". After that I failed to enter the game. The game gives no comments on this (it doesn't react on button "Log In"). I suppose that it could happen because of the fact, that another 2 people and me play from one ip (because of the organization of our network) and the administration of the server thought that these are bots. It would be very kind of you, if you give an explanation of this. IP address: 212.118.**.** PS: 1. If it is obligatory, we can play from different ip-adresses. 2. if it is possible, I'd like to see our ip whitelisted.
