I was looking for an easy way to open the test server with a simple command line in windows 7. I failed at first but found an alternative. The windows button open the start menu and allows you to search and open programs. I use this more frequently in the last weeks so I wanted to know if there is a way to open the test server with it fast. I want to explain what I did and maybe someone can help me to find an improvement. I wrote: "system" which lists the entry to change system variables: then I entered the name: EL and the value: C:\Program Files (x86)\Eternal Lands\ I click ok I do a quick check if the variable %EL% is recognized: now I can write the following command: %EL%el.exe test and it will open the test server for me I was hoping I could find a more simpler command like: el test but the variable path didn't let me do it. Maybe you can help me ?

I have thought about a few rules of how the game is played: You can receive multiple tags only from different players. When you have multiple tags they pile up. When you are tagged you have to wait (cooldown) 10 seconds before you can pass it to the next player There would be a slight disadvantage for PK , for example you can no longer become invisible A player who has multiple tags can only relay 1 Tag to 1 player Robots are not allowed to play tag Tagging is unidirectional (after A>B, B>A is not allowed, only B>C)

The symbol would have to have a certain size so it is very well visible.

Hey Infamous , team up with someone, that increases your chances to find him . Oh ya.. this also means you have to share known Joker locations in the group. You would have to be a really good team player to let someone else possibly find your the nexus stone

Bagjumpers have always been a huge annoyance. I distinguish 3 types of bagjumpers: The first kind is a newbie, he will take what he thinks is most valuable at first sight, so maybe you loose a few HE, SR, pickaxes, FP and Antidote. ok - easy to replace, no big damage done. The second kind is smarter, he will mix steel bars or essences from the ingr. in your bag and take away as much he can carry. So that's a lot more damage,but perhaps with 1 hour of harvesting you can replace the lost stuff. Big annoyance for everyone because someone needs to bring new food, but you get over it. The third kind is a real motherf***, he will do the same as the 2. guy but with the difference that he is not going to leave the bag. He will wait until all the rest of the stuff in the bag has poofed. I compare it in RL to a prisoner who will kill someone for a cookie !! No joking, this really happend. Why this example ? Because the benefit for the person is so small compared to what was lost it can not be counterbalanced. So let me make an example: There is a whole guild , say 10 people who work 5 hours on a bag which was going to be shared at the end. Now this bagjumper destroys 50 hours of work for something he could have done on his own in maybe an hour. I believe this is a whole different kind of bagjumping. It is not a simple robbery, it is about humiliating the other players .. and it makes me very angry every time it happens. This type of player is not only destroying items but destroying the team spirit in the game. If I was a moderator.. I would ban this guy for at least a 100 hours.

I'm sorry I have to point out the obvious Piper, other players can still stand on your guildbag. When it costs 10k, then I would want some protection.

We are already playing it, but an offical feature would be nice. Instead of changing the name color of the the player (as I understood it) there could also be a symbol floating over your head like for the : Magic Immunity Spell Shield Spell Maybe someone has an inspiration and can make us a symbol, I would like a Joker And maybe there could be a safe area around the storage or a feature that allows you to turn off #play tagging. And I think there should be more then 1 'tagger' in the game. It would be funny if you could actually collect more then 1 tag on you .. This symbol would do nothing except stay over your head. Here is the twist, when that player logs off the 'TAG' is given randomly to a player who is trading with an NPC , so the Tags don't get lost in the game. How many taggers should be in the game ? What do you think ? My oppinion: Five would be cool.

My idea for a new perk for boss monster : the Honey Skin , you can not flee from the monster by walking, only a dis ring works. "flee-tanking" doesnt work anymore and would make it a whole lot more difficult to kill it. Today it almost doesnt matter how much health a monster has, when players range it, it sure dies. I have heard some want a new boss monster because they think the old onces are too easy. That is why I am suggesting the Honey-Skin-Perk

I suggest that you can eat them ! No idea what happens then
