Most problems with NIS (Norton Internet Security) is when you are playing EL and you suddenly get disconnected and get a message saying: There is a solution to this! Please follow these steps. Your computer is NOT being attacked. 1. Please Open your Norton Internet Security window. 2. Please click Personal Firewall and then on the right click configure. You should see a screen that looks similar to this: 3. Now please click the tab "Programs" 4. You will see a button on the bottom of the screen called "add" please click on that 5. Now in the pop up window please go to the Eternal Lands directory file, then select the program "el" that has the eternal lands logo on it NOT THE PIECE OF PAPER with a gear by it!!! Your screen should look like this: 6. Once you click open you will be taken back to the program list there you will either see the EL file on the page or you would see a screen simialar to this: 7. You need to click permit for this program and then your program will be added to the list if it isn't on there already. 8. Now once the program is on the list please click the tab "networking" Your screen should now look like this: 9. Make sure you are on the "trusted" tab, and click "add" 10. Please select the option "individually" and then type in "62.93.225.26" Then click "ok" Now your networking list should look like this: 11. once your screen looks like that click "ok" then you will be sent back to the main screen. Now you may exit the screen and log back in. Hope this helps.

Well, I guess I had this comming, but, I *Think* I know why I am banned, and this is because I spammed Fading_Light with usless letters, and accidently spammed the beam when it was supposed to go to him, I am not going to say "omg my little brother came on and spammed everyone" no, that's not what happend. I probably don't deserve any more chances than what I have already gotten, but, Fading_Light I am sorry for spamming you, I did react a little to hard to that joke, and I hope you accept my appology, I am also sorry for spamming the beam as it wasn't on purpose, but still is not an exuse Well, I guess this is up to Learner to decide being he booted me.. Just to say, whatever the decision is, it will most likely be the best one, and I will respect it. Bleuren.

Ok, whatever sheesh.. You know an IP ban isn't the end of the world... and there are other games, so I really could care less, I just wanted to get on to talk to friends basicly... but to get your story strait, I have been IP banned in the past before, but I was allowed back on with probation, so it's not like I "snuck" back on. Anyways goobye, I have no time to bullshit about getting my account un banned. Then what is Ban Appeal for? It's for getting one last chance at getting unbanned and saying you won't spam someone in PM again I would even be happy to start a new char, but I would like to here the final answer If it's no, I am not going to spam the forums and be more of a n00b than I already am, I will just find another game hopefully as good as EL if it's yes, Thank you soo much and I won't spam nobody no more.

Chaozer is now the new GM of LG. He has rebuilt it along with some others... LG will now be a voting guild, deciding who gets to be guild council and other things to vote about. The new format is supposed to be demicratic, meaning, the guild votes on who gets what rank, who gets to go, who gets to stay.. we want the members of LG to believe they can contribute to the guild, and with this new system they can... Our guild isn't finished moving to the new format yet, but, we will soon. As before LG is an open guild meaning, anyone is welcome. I hope you all will find the new LG will be better than before! as for the guild quests, that is put on hold for now.. I am sure chaozer will do a GREAT job leading LG. Just PM anyone of the temperary council to join (Chaozer, Bleuren, dortund, or devonx) See you around.
